“Let’s go, I’ll take you home.” “You really don’t understand normal words, do you?” I start to get irritated. “Do you think you can get away with anything?” “Oh? Can’t I? Not everything?” He stops, smiling. “People don’t belong to you.” “Seriously?” he feigns surprise, clearly enjoying my confusion. I ignore his gaze and keep typing in the address to find the nearest taxi. “You’re brave,” he drawls. “Alright, I get it — let’s switch places. Tonight, you can do anything you want. Pick whatever you like, I’ll make it happen… but on one condition.” This night could have ended differently, but I made my choice — and agreed to his reckless game.
