“Don’t you have something to tell me?” he asked, his gaze stern as he leaned over me. “Nothing,” I muttered, trying to pull back. “What if you think harder?” “Let go. I need to leave.” “He doesn’t need you anyway. So what? Am I your target tonight?” “You didn’t look like a victim,” I snapped irritably. “Then why did you run?” His arm wrapped tightly around my waist. “I was in a hurry,” I blurted, my voice shaky. “Care to explain that?” “Looked to me like you came here with another girl.” “Right now, I’m all yours.” “I don’t want that. Let me go.” I tried to push free, but his grip only tightened. “You seduced me, lit a fire in me, gave me a taste of something rare—and now you want to walk away?” he whispered, eyes locked on mine. “Exactly. Now let me go!” My voice was anything but steady.

But when they met each other, they didn’t notice how they fell in love, thinking it was just sex... pity for both of them((( you have to pay for your actions, but the price turned out to be high and the wound painful for both... And here is the handsome man with amazing charisma, who is great at his job, emotional but fair, who seemed to want little from life. And then there’s Diana, who from the very beginning devised a plan of seduction, though Vadym didn’t appreciate it. He was the opposite of Matviy. Both Diana and Matviy only wanted sex without any obligations, but the heroes didn’t expect to fall in love, and despite their feelings and emotions, they couldn’t come to an understanding. Because betrayal is the worst thing that can happen, and Matviy couldn’t comprehend or forgive that act. Oh, the emotions are intense. I wish you, Irynka, inspiration and lots of love. Hugging you tightly.

All the books in the series are wonderful, each in its own way, but Matviy is just wow! It seemed like what else could be invented about love, almost everything has already been thought of... but the book doesn’t let go. Sincerely thank you for the emotions ❤️
