By my late husband’s will, I inherited a considerable fortune—along with his rather displeased relatives. Tired of their whispers and suspicions about my newfound status, I decided to leave it all behind. A secluded mansion on the outskirts of a quiet provincial town seemed perfect for a mourning young widow… or so I thought. Even then, something deep inside me knew this choice would change my fate. elena-lebed01.09.2025, 13:59I'm reading chapter 23. The story is interesting and unusual! But what Erza said... I’m shocked. After the neighbors left, she tells Liam something like, you don’t love me... What??? What love??? She hasn’t even been there for a month! Not even a week!!! They just met! And she said it with sadness!! :0 I want to tell her, Erza, are you crazy?? You’ve only been there for a couple of days, they barely know each other. I get it, feeling intrigued, curious... This turned out to be a little criticism))
