I might have waited until I finished reading to the end before commenting, but the phrase "when you're in Chernivtsi..." surprised me, something stirred inside. This book isn't about me, but it feels like it's for me. I'm glad I trusted the annotation and the reviews (because sometimes both have disappointed me), glad that I'm only halfway through and there's still more to read, something to take for myself, something I need to do. And for some reason, that "you'll be in Chernivtsi" really touched my heart, as if it's not the heroine, but me, who is expected there. But I won't be there, I already am in this very Chernivtsi. I've lived here as long as I can remember. And somehow the book feels alive. Thank you for such an interesting book. It's about a journey, a journey to oneself, to the light within, to the love within. Not for someone else. For oneself. (Or maybe I missed something, or haven't read far enough yet, but I'd like to know, where does the main character live if she's expected in Chernivtsi?)
