Seriously, author, what kind of relationship is this? Their children will be cousins and siblings at the same time, how awful, but oh well, I'm still reading the story.

Preeclampsia or gestational hypertension is the same. It's high blood pressure during pregnancy! I had it in both of my pregnancies.
