Abstract of the book "The Trouble with Benefits"
Who, if not me, knows what bad luck really is? Seriously, don’t even worry about getting into trouble when I’m around — I’ll find it and fall headfirst into it before you do. It’s like I was born with a talent for disasters. But hey, I’m not upset. I truly believe that if life keeps messing with me, then love has to be where my luck finally turns. That’s why I lied to my parents, telling them I was moving to the capital to continue my studies… when in fact, I’m here to win the heart of a man I fell for at first sight. Mature, handsome, and way too serious. Problem is… during our first meeting, he didn’t even notice me. But guess what? I’m not giving up. My luck isn’t a total jerk after all. Because now… I’m his intern.

olesya-yurkovska13.02.2026, 15:16I’ve read all 4 stories and… It’s incredible! The writing style, humor, the selected facts to support the professions, the chapters from “him” and “her,” the Ukrainian authenticity, the descriptions of feelings—everything here is perfect! I really wish for as many people as possible to get acquainted with your works, and for your books to be published in Ukraine and translated for publication in other countries because they are worth it. I’ve read so much here and read books in general that I’ve become quite picky about plots and especially about main characters, but your stories truly resonated in my heart and closed all my bookish “gestalts.” Wishing you success and inspiration!
nataliia-olsevska13.02.2026, 17:40Olesya Yurkovska, your feedback made me melt)) I’m so glad that my work resonated so deeply in your heart. Thank you for your sincere wishes, and I look forward to seeing you in my other books. I hope you’ll enjoy them as well❤️

olena12.02.2026, 16:25The story of Evelina and Yaroslav, I believe, simply cannot leave anyone indifferent. It draws you into a whirlwind of events from the very first lines and doesn’t let go. You want to return to it again to touch this amazing world of these incredible people once more. Evelina is truly a treasure, a real example of a Ukrainian girl—loving, kind, gentle, yet at the same time decisive and strong. The way she can honestly express her feelings and boundaries of comfort is captivating. We should learn from her to always put ourselves first. Even if it hurts and you feel like making compromises just to make things the way someone else wants. Evelina teaches us to be devoted and loving, but without losing ourselves or our dignity in the process. And how wonderful it is that Yaroslav realized what an incredible treasure he had, acknowledged all his mistakes, and did everything not to lose Evelina. She became his soul, his love, his happiness, his comfort, his family. And it’s amazing that they are surrounded by such incredible people like Yar’s mom, his brother, Evelina’s sister with their families, and, of course, the wonderful friends Anton and Sonya. A special thanks to the author for her love of Ukrainian nature and such beautiful descriptions of it. If you want to feel a ray of warmth, this book is exactly that. Thank you!
nataliia-olsevska13.02.2026, 17:35Olena, I really wanted to create a heroine like Elya, to be an example of inner strength and a model of how a woman should defend her boundaries. I am very proud of her.) Thank you sincerely for such a detailed review, and I am very happy that this story brought you joy!) Thank you❤️
