The first book was really enjoyable, and the second one held up until around chapter 20 or so. After that, it got boring; almost nothing happens between the characters, and they’re given very little attention to keep the desire to read on.

Unfortunately, auto-translation requires more thorough proofreading of the text. Interesting plot, but it's frustrating to stumble over such HELLISH TORMENTS from time to time :-)
