About the book

I had nothing to lose, I had already lost my family and job. So why not take a step over the edge, especially since taking risks is my vocation? Only the copy of my world shocked me a little. Not only did my doppelganger turn out to be a bitch, but she also managed to marry a financial magnate, break this gorgeous man's heart, and make him hate himself to pieces. And unfortunately for me, he was the first person I met when I got into this warped reality! Just how do I deal with all this? How can I force myself not to think about him if I've fallen head over heels in love with someone who considers me his ex-wife? I am afraid to admit that I am not her, and I am also afraid of our dependence on this love!

Thank you! I both smiled and cried.... It feels like I lived through these emotions with them.

Such a mixed pleasure to start the day with such vivid emotions and... tears... I'm reading this story for the second time and for the second time, I can't hold back my emotions... Am I such a crybaby, or are you, Lavanda, a genius of the pen?))) Probably both options :)))

A wonderful novel with an unparalleled plot and vivid characters. Written lightly and with humor. I didn’t sleep last night until I finished reading. I didn’t sleep, but I don’t regret it. I highly recommend it to everyone for reading. Inspiration to the author. Thank you for the pleasure received.

But she really tormented Aidan: she ran away, got married...

An unconventional plot: a parallel world, love addiction, and a stubborn heroine, love triangles... emotional. Thank you, I liked the story.

This is not just a love story, it's an explosion of emotions and feelings! I cried when Kira and Neil said goodbye, when she read his letter. And their love with Aidan, their emotions during it, you experience it all with them. This book turned my soul upside down. I have read many of your books, and each one is the best. But this one undoubtedly takes first place for emotional impact. Thank you for your creativity, I wish you tireless inspiration to create new masterpieces.

That moment when you’ve read almost half the book because you opened Booknet and got lost in it, only coming back to reality when you saw the word "end." But that wasn’t enough, and you start reading it again every free minute. Thank you, my dear! Wishing you inspiration and success with this book and other equally fascinating stories! Peace, luck, positivity, good news, and amazing, inspiring comments to you!

I read this explosive story for the second time and I realize that I will return to these characters again in the future. The heroes and their emotions are so captivating that you can't stop and just keep reading... even though you need to work. Now I can breathe a sigh of relief because Kira and Aidan are together and ready for a shared life. It was very intense and unpredictable with them, especially the plot with the harem and sending Nathan to another parallel. Maybe he also needs to be "settled"? Thank you for the wonderful work and for the incredible positivity! I wish you peace and kindness, inspiration, and new exciting plots.

The book is not my genre at all, not even close. And it's not about the alternate reality. I actually liked that part. I also noticed that older works don't appeal to me at all, especially with these love triangles; I've never understood them. Although I've bought more than one book. The beginning of each book always appeals to me. But then it starts to go in a direction I don't understand. Especially in this book. Marcus, Aidan, Nathan, Neil… it reminded me of Angelica. As for the manner and style of writing, everything is beautifully and pleasantly written. While reading any book by Lavender Rhys, there's an immersive effect, the characters seem alive. The dialogues are good and logical.

This book is different from the ones of yours that I usually like. Those have a great sense of humor, strong emotions, and a clear storyline. Somewhat predictable, as with any happy ending, but balanced and harmonious. There are no unnecessary characters or events. Here, however... there’s too much of everything. Especially feelings. They’re overflowing and spilling over. It would be enough for three stories. Honestly, four love stories, and almost all of them happening at the same time. The theme of toxic love is interesting and could have been a deep story, but it’s not developed, and in the end, it’s completely crushed by the happy ending. As far as I understand, you want to move away from your usual style and tried to experiment with a more complex genre. In my opinion, it feels like a draft for three novels. You describe emotions beautifully, the characters’ images are very vivid, but they literally “overshadow” each other. And in the end, you resolved the situation by simply simplifying it. Removing the last rival with a “deus ex machina” trick. Also, the theme of a parallel world at almost the same level of development, with mentioned ghettos for the underprivileged and an iron curtain, subconsciously creates an expectation that the heroine will fight against injustice, especially since her men hold such dominant positions in that world.

Iryna Zastavna, your usual role? Dear, this book was written 10 years ago, when there was no Booknet yet, long before I focused on writing exclusively women's novels with positive endings. Thank you for sharing your subjective impressions. In my opinion, it is too dismissive of you to assume what I decided to play with. You have the right to your opinion, with which I have the absolute right to completely disagree!!!

I reread this story again... You know, I'm not a fan of fantasy, but... somehow you managed to win me over with two of your books) The first time, when I started reading it and got to the moment of crossing into the parallel... I still put the reading aside) I shifted my attention to another... more familiar and acceptable genre for me. But it kept buzzing in my head, and I returned to it later... to devour it in one go!) It has everything... despair, longing, love, and the rebirth of the heroine... a new, true one! I don’t remember if I left a comment on it, I didn’t bother to check, so I might be repeating myself) Thank you for introducing me to another fantastic love story!) Hugs!)

Vira Viktorivna, I’m incredibly glad that a story of this genre has touched you and settled in your heart, because it’s truly very emotional. The mystical element is just a background; all the focus is on relationships and feelings. Thank you, my dear, for your attention and kind words! I hug you tightly!

Thank you for the positive ending. I’ve already read this book of yours before, but it was a long time ago, and I probably rented it. This time, I enjoyed it just as much. Once again, thank you sincerely!
