Deciding to rescue my neighbor — Knox Bennett, a ridiculously hot ex-quarterback who seemed happily married to his job — felt like a brilliant idea. Until I regretted it. Three times. First, when he clearly wasn’t thrilled. Second, when we kissed… and I wanted more. And third — when I realized that playing games with Knox Bennett is a mistake. Because he always wins. And now he’s aiming not for trophies — but for my heart.

marta28.04.2025, 13:42So, I’ve just reread everything completely (sorry, Sophie, for not doing it right after the publication), and I didn’t even realize how much I needed this book until I read it!! They are such stubborn little beads! But oh, how exciting it is to peek at them! Sophie, what started as a bedtime story turned into such a gift!! The ghosts were driven out, love was found, and Mabel’s latest project turned out to be a success!! Someday I’ll definitely reread them again, and until then, maybe you, Sophie, will gift us a bonus chapter ;))))))

Well, Sophie, for me, you are now the queen of finales! I was expecting to scream FINALLY, but for all these little moments and references to come together like this... Norbert Bennett is truly a worthy opponent!! But damn, I also thought they were some kind of thieves and was worried about them!! I can't wait to sneak a peek at what happened next, and then to Boston with the incubi, right?...

I even feel a bit sorry for May-May!! If Knox Bennett played on the field the same way ((and it was at times aggressive and unpredictable)), it's no wonder everyone at Clemson prays for him!! I'm dying of curiosity to see what happens first -- whether Mabel realizes she gave Knox complete carte blanche, or if Knox makes the next move and what it will be! Oh, and I wouldn’t want to be in Mabel’s shoes at Walmart, honestly))))))) And NO, Knox didn’t disappoint me at all!! Eagerly waiting for the continuation, dear Sophie!!)))

I won’t say what will happen first, but I’ll hint that we’ll still see a mention of the former Tigers quarterback’s talent. And here we are again, you, Sophie, with a new incredible book, and me, a devoted fan of your worlds!! Especially when the news of this world isn’t pleasing. First of all, it was HOT!! I can’t imagine how you manage to write so many steamy scenes, and each time they just... feel so real)))))) Secondly, it’s a VERY intense story, but not a drama at all!! I absolutely love that the events are swirling, and it’s so hard to predict the next moves of Knox or Mabel, which is exactly why I don’t believe that Knox just gave up like that! Nooo, this guy has already proven that he’s ready to act, at least for Mabel’s sake (and don’t let him say I didn’t melt over that jacket moment because I totally did!!). So, I’m just grabbing some popcorn and waiting!!))) As always, brilliant, thank you, Sophie, for this!!)))))
