About the book
My uncle’s death was ruled a heart attack. Case closed. Nothing suspicious… or so it seemed. But his unusual will changes everything. Suddenly, I’m drawn into a dangerous search for a legendary ancient artifact — Aphrodite’s bracelet, a relic shrouded in mystery and coveted by far too many people. Treasure hunters, impostors, and strangers with hidden motives all seem to be after it. As if that weren’t enough, there’s Roman — arrogant, infuriating, and constantly getting in my way. Worse still, I’m forced to live under the same roof with him. The deeper I dig into the mystery, the clearer it becomes: my uncle’s death may not have been an accident after all. And this search for an artifact could change everything.

mariana-politova14.03.2026, 08:17So it's clear, who gave Sobko and Roman the cigars?
mariana-politova11.02.2026, 11:01It's strange that Roman knows the house and habits of his companion Anatoliy so well, but not that he didn't have a driver's license or his own car. Also, if Anatoliy didn't practically worship his wine cellar, then why was he smoking a cigar there and there wasn't even an ashtray anywhere to avoid shaking ash onto the floor?

ivana-povx30.03.2024, 14:09Hello. I liked the story. The intrigue at the end was interesting. There are quite a few mistakes, probably translated from Russian? I don’t want it to seem like I’m nitpicking. It’s just that I’m somewhat involved in editing, I write articles. So, Russisms and errors catch my eye. I feel like correcting them. But overall, it was interesting, thank you. I’d love to read something else of yours.
tama-lis30.03.2024, 15:35Ivana Povx, Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback! The book was not translated; it was originally written in Ukrainian. As for the Russianisms, they are likely due to the surzhyk we use in everyday speech.

kafedra-ekonomika-pidprijemstva24.10.2023, 15:43Tama FOX, there are too many Russianisms. You should study the Ukrainian language if you have decided to write works in your native language. But, overall, I like the novel, it's interesting.

alla-litvin17.10.2023, 19:49I've always been curious about the acquaintance and the emergence of not just love, but even simple affection between people. The emotions are well described alongside the dialogues. Looking forward to the transition to the detective component...

ostap-pavliicuk17.03.2023, 21:10More like a novel than a detective story, but the storyline is captivating, and the events unfold logically and dynamically.
