Hudson is a manipulative narcissist and, as such, turns the situation to his favor and manages to make people believe him (or at least doubt Riley). June was surely threatened by him; the fear in her eyes and the trembling of her hands give it away. The coach and the dean will regret believing him, but I hope it’s not too late when that happens.

Oh, damn that wretched Hudson, always getting his way, and I can already imagine the methods he used to get June to support him. But the redeeming part of all this is that Riley will come out stronger, and she has Mason and Tessa who will always be there to support her. This will help her grow a lot, and just the fact that she realizes she needs help is a huge step forward.
