Abstract of the book "Nurse to the Bandit"
That’s exactly what nurse Anya did—without a second thought about the trials and danger waiting ahead. “Help me.” His voice cuts straight to the bone. “Call the police?” “The police won’t help. Get me out of here!” “Get you out?” “Are you kidding? How?!” My words sound hollow even to me. Before the echo of my voice fades, I scan the room in panic, searching for a way out. What do we have? A pile of medical equipment, a wheelchair—and my hospital pass that opens every door. Not bad. “Damn it!” I realize that tomorrow I’ll be unemployed. But my hands are already helping him into the wheelchair. “No matter what happens—stay quiet. You owe me.” I roll the wheelchair into the empty corridor. All we need is to slip unnoticed to the service elevator. And we’re saved.

Max, on the other hand, helped with car repairs and talked to the debt collectors. A friendly relationship has developed between them, which might possibly turn into a romantic one.
