And even in adulthood, fate doesn’t bring them many happy moments, except for one—they fall in love with each other. It might seem simple—love, live, and be happy. But no. Because the secrets of the past constantly resurface. Whether Nina and Maxim will ultimately achieve that dreamed-of "together forever" can only be discovered by reading this book to the end.

At first, I didn’t understand why things happened this way and not another, didn’t understand the behavior of the main characters, but as I kept reading, everything became clear. This story touches on important issues, fears, and the pain of the characters. Nina is a very strong girl. At times, I was amazed at how she endures it all, and despite all the trials and problems, she tries to live a normal life. And Maxim, despite the fears of the past, finally dared to find happiness. I read it in one breath in a day. At first glance, it’s a typical story about "reforming a spoiled rich kid," but as you read further, you realize there’s something deeper—issues that stem from the characters’ childhoods, forbidden love, pain. You cry along with the heroine and then rejoice that they managed to fight for their love. A story that won’t leave anyone indifferent.
