The phrase "came to himself" feels foreign. It's a calque from Russian. In Ukrainian, there are words like "came to senses," "regained consciousness," "recovered."

Suuuper!!!! It pulled me in completely!!! What an intriguing twist you've created!! A week of sleepless nights))) Towards the end, I was only puzzled by Volard's behavior - "If the barn burns, let the house burn too." Firstly, is he really that weak? He has colossal strength, he could have gotten out, at least to find the killer... Secondly, if the king of dragons was killed by fairies, a war would start. Is he really that irresponsible? But this is such a minor detail. Overall, it's absolutely amazing!! Pew-pew❤️
