About the book

Claire has wasted all these years. Without family, because her parents died and her siblings were separated from her, Claire finds herself alone, yet she refuses to give up. One night, she meets Aron while trying to protect someone she didn't know, and they turn out to be his brother. Aron knows something is wrong with the girl with fiery hair and the scent of cinnamon; he knows there's something about her that doesn't belong in the human world, and he knows she doesn't know it yet. Aron wants what his siblings have, but he's not sure if Claire is it, yet he knows he has to protect her at all costs... Or will it be the other way around?

I loved the story, I read it in one day, I couldn't put it down until I finished it. I felt sorry for Aron, the good thing is that he had his happy ending.

I felt the plot needed more development; I was left with the feeling that something was missing, and with the spelling issues, it was a bit hard to understand the story, but the story itself is good.

Paola MaidanaI was away for three years, but I hope to pick up the books I left pending, like the one about Emir and April, and of course, the one about Emile and Eliot. I didn’t delve into the love story of the latter, and I would like to do so.

I think this story would work really well as a comic adaptation. The world feels deep, and the characters have strong personalities that could shine through visual storytelling. The comic format would also allow certain moments and emotions to breathe in a more intimate way.

Hello. I loved the story, but the ending disappointed me. I was expecting a bit more excitement in the reunion.
