About the book

She believed in pure, tender, strong, true love. He considered love a meaningless fiction. Will she teach him to love, or will he cynically shatter her dreams? Who will win in this confrontation? Maybe the duel will have two "winners"?...

Well, Stas has shown his true nature. He led his friend into a fatal mistake. He got his revenge. It was very hard for Dani, so much so that he even decides to go to a monastery.

Dana fell in love with Yan, but she is afraid to admit her feelings to herself. Yan, although he doesn't believe in love, can't stop thinking about Dana. Even though Dana tries to hide her feelings, she started dating Andriy, but nothing came of it.

I really liked the book, despite the fact that the ending was incredibly upsetting and even shocking. Still, Stas managed to get revenge on his friend, as he said at the beginning. Sad... Deep down, I had a feeling that things wouldn’t be easy and smooth for the lovers. But still... I hoped for a miracle. They are so great together. I feel so sorry for both of them. Good thing there are more parts. I’m rushing to read them. Thank you for your work❤️))

Hmm... The atmosphere of life in a Ukrainian village, or more precisely, in the Lviv region, is presented extraordinarily well. The behavior of the rural youth, the characters of the story, is described very realistically and colorfully. The mood of the first part is clear, so let's see what happens in the continuation. Thank you

And I'll also write a warning to other readers: the book is written so close to real life that starting to read it isn't easy (we all try to escape from real scary events into a fairy tale during these times), but I already have a feeling that you won't be able to tear yourself away from the entire trilogy :)

Thank you for the beginning of the story. The text feels so much tastier when it’s originally written in Ukrainian, rather than clumsily translated from Russian. As for the book itself, it captivates with the realism of the characters: with their quirks, anxieties, and emotions. The 90s were the time of my student years, and although I was born in the city, not in a village, those ingrained complexes like "what will people say," and also the emotional detachment of parents (in my case, I was just a servant to them) played their role. Your heroine has an emotional connection with her parents and, accordingly, an unconscious support in her decisions, so despite all the pain, she manages to hold on to her beliefs and seek her own path, even if it means escaping emotional torment by retreating to a monastery.

Helena, thank you for the first part. Together with the characters, I plunged into the early 2000s, remembering my own 18 during those years. Such a sad ending, it brought me to tears... So, I'm heading to the second part with faith in love!

Thank you for the interesting, emotional, and wild love story! The book captivated me from the first pages; there are real feelings in it, but people interfered. It's a pity that Dana couldn't talk about her fears with Yan, and the romantic love story turned into a drama. My soul is restless; I'm off to read the second part.

You stole the peace of my heart today:))))) I started reading and thought about giving up, but I'm glad I didn't. When the first meeting of Dana and Yan happened, I was lost with them ))))) I wanted to give up not because it wasn't interesting, but because I already wanted everything to start for them quickly, then a happy ending and that's it. But I'm glad everything is moving so slowly in their relationship, now I savor every letter of their meetings, savor every letter of their passionate lines. I feel a little sorry for her that she doesn't understand what she feels for Yan ;)))) the story is simply incredible, I'm going to keep reading, I already know that sleep will only be a dream for me tonight ))))

What can I say, dear Helena. Your characters have an almost "narcotic" dependence on each other, and it seems I have my own drug - your novels. I started reading the story of Dana and Yan - instead of sleeping last night. And now I’ve almost finished the first book, and I’m so scared of what will happen next because the hints aren’t very promising... I’ll probably drop by Olivia and Denis for a bit, since there’s the tie and all that, and then I’ll try to calm my nerves and go through the entire journey with Dana and Yan to the end. I adore how you write, it’s some kind of miracle.
