Abstract of the book "Just the Two of Us"
One day, Marina’s peaceful world shattered into pieces. She has a wonderful family, so why is she so unhappy? Ghosts from the past suddenly reappear in her life, destroying everything she holds dear. Will Marina ever find joy in life again? Vadym is determined to earn recognition and win the heart of Zhanna—a beautiful and strong woman for whom he’s willing to make compromises, even if it means betraying his own conscience. This gripping story explores the complexities of love, the scars of the past, and the journey toward self-discovery.

galina-samoxvalova30.11.2024, 00:18It's a pity that the woman has no self-respect at all. No matter how sorry I feel for her, she has really let herself go and become obsessed with pots and pans. Millions of women raise children, work, and still maintain their feminine dignity.

olga-skoba24.11.2023, 10:35Very interesting and pleasant to read about a real woman, Marina. She devoted all her time and herself to her family, but unfortunately, it doesn't always bring happiness. I am grateful to the author that everything ended in the best way for Marina. She is happy in a relationship and with her children. Thank you for the pleasant impression from reading.

liudmila-androshhuk07.07.2023, 12:54I stumbled upon this book by chance. I read it and am satisfied, as they say, with the result.))) Fate prepared unpleasant surprises for Maryna, but after the night, dawn always comes. A woman is a "multifunctional mechanism": wife, mother, homemaker, keeper of the hearth, worker, and so on, and to perform all these roles at the highest level, a day should consist of at least 32 hours. A TRUE woman manages in 24, but only when there is understanding and help from her husband and children. It's good that Maryna realized her mistakes and was able to correct them, feeling truly loved, needed, and happy. I don't feel sorry for Vadym at all, because he got what he fought for. What he considered mundane routine turned out to be simple happiness, which he lost forever.

liubov30.04.2023, 16:59The book is interesting and lifelike. You believe in the characters and understand the reasons for their actions. However, there are some shortcomings: text repetition in some chapters (sometimes up to half a chapter), and Russianisms that are jarring. I hope you will edit the text so that in the future, we can fully enjoy reading it.
lana-cisarevska30.04.2023, 18:19Love, Thank you for your attentive reading. I will review the text again.

olia-pasicnik01.03.2023, 23:43Thank you sincerely for the story of the family's life and values. It was unexpected that he first said he would leave the apartment to the children, but then deceitfully came back and decided to sell it. But he got paid back in the same coin he used. I support Natalya; why need a father who gave nothing but life, no kindness, no love, and even took away the roof over their heads. I'm happy for Maryna that God sent her such an Andriy, who takes care of not only his own daughters but also the children of his beloved. Thank you for the happy ending.
lana-cisarevska01.03.2023, 23:56Olya Pasichnyk, Thank you for living through the story with me!

olena-kogut28.02.2023, 08:01Ohh!!! Everything is getting so exciting!! Oh, self-confident Zhanna... and that Roman!! Well, he knows what he wants!! And Vadim got caught like a fly in a web!! They'll eat him soon... The only thing that cheers me up is Andriy, his conversation with Natalka))))
lana-cisarevska28.02.2023, 08:45Olena Kohut, Zhanna herself, to some extent, is a victim of circumstances.
ira-sitkovska27.02.2023, 17:50I knew she would rush to help (( , darn, and I share Andriy’s opinion about grown-up children! She’s stepping on the same rake again... This so reminds me of my friend, except she still puts up with betrayal (( and studies for the kids at night, but no one appreciates all her care...
lana-cisarevska27.02.2023, 20:04Ira Sitkovska, it's a pity for the wasted time. But time heals.
