Enemies who are drawn to each other like magnets. The chemistry between them is pure fire; sparks fly during their encounters. There’s also Steve, Lily’s perfect colleague. Handsome, proper, but everything with him is so calm, without passion. With Zed, it’s total chaos and heat. And when Steve gets killed, it becomes a turning point: after a long war, Lily and Zed finally give in to their feelings. The story pulls you in: lots of struggle, emotions, and you’re constantly wondering what they’ll choose. It’s great that there are no easy answers—everything is complex and real. I want to reread it to feel that vibe again.

This story is exactly what I expected! The ending broke my heart, and though I can't spoil anything, it was incredibly sad. I hope for a continuation where Zed and Lily finally get everything sorted out! Overall, a wonderful book with strong drama, deep conflicts, and very hot, spicy scenes ;)

Wow, that was incredible! A gripping story that keeps you on edge until the very last page. The characters are so vivid that it feels like you know them personally. The ending made me go through a whole storm of emotions – and although I still can't recover, it only shows the power of this book. I'm really looking forward to the sequel because Zed and Lily deserve happiness!

If the book is already fully completed as a single volume, it has nothing to do with romance at all. Just drama. This is not what I was expecting when I started reading it.

Phew, I've been following this book for a long time, it was interesting to see how it would end. What's interesting: The first chapters are much shorter than the last ones, but it's not necessarily bad, just a bit strange. Overall, I liked it, although the storyline with Steve seems unnecessary. Steve is just - Ugh. No empathy at all.
