She lost children, struggled with infertility, was abused and emotionally coerced, lived a life where she didn’t believe in her worth as a person, only felt she had monetary value as an object. Her jealousy towards Giuseppe wasn’t normal jealousy either; she always reminded him that she wouldn’t accept deceit because she had been deceived before, and that deeply affected her. So, more than Giuseppe, she was the one who needed to go to therapy.
