About the book

Yarynka fell in love for the first time in her life. It seemed to her that a guy from the big city also had feelings for her. But the circumstances made him leave, and only after that the woman found out that she was expecting a child. Makar was forced to marry her but he left his new wife right outside the door to the marriage registration office. In time, they will meet again. Will their fragile feelings overcome the man’s disdain, lengthy separation, and another woman?

I'm reading the last chapters for the third time and want to thank you again, Sofia. I'm not a literary critic, I write what I feel)). I love all your books so much that each time feels like a celebration! It feels like I'm right there with the characters. I rejoice with them, worry with them... sometimes I want to give someone a good shake)). And it feels like you live through it all with the characters. Probably, that's how it is)). I especially love your characters who have nobility and intelligence "in their blood")). Thank you so much!❤️❤️❤️

Thank youuu. I managed to read it. So many impressions. All kinds. Both positive and joyful ones for Yarynka and Makar and their little son. At the same time, there are negative ones: how vile, despicable, and heartless some people around them were. After all, they were supposed to be family, close ones - but they turned out to be monsters (both the grandmother and Makar's brother). As for the "friend," I won’t even comment - what a beast. And I was surprised by Natalya: my impression of her is ambiguous. But her sincerity in her feelings for her husband (after all, he’s old enough to be her father) is captivating. As is her sincerity in her attitude toward Yarynka. Thanks to Natalya, Makar didn’t make any foolish mistakes. Because he could have gotten himself into deep trouble. That girl turned out to be nice on the outside but rotten inside. In contrast to her father. Thank youuu again. I reaaally liked the book.♥️♥️♥️

How vile and envious Anton turned out to be. How could he do such a thing to his brother's girlfriend? I feel so sorry for Yaryna, she has been through so much. Thank you for an interesting and captivating book.

Anton is quite a capable guy, and if it weren’t for his reckless lifestyle and envy towards his brother, he could have been a great lawyer. I’d be interested to read a story about this negative character.
