Abstract of the book "Bound by Fate"
A world where blood is repaid with blood, and the word of the boss is the law. Gabriella Vitale has spent years far from her roots, free from the yoke of duty to her family. Enjoying her comfortable, laid-back life, trying to forget what she once had to flee. She never expects that meeting Adriano Aglieri, her boss’s new partner, would drag her back into the life she thought she’d left behind. Adriano, at the very top of the hierarchy—having become the youngest to reach it—finds himself under pressure from the council. Though he easily ignores them, he must still fight to keep them satisfied, and unexpectedly, he is pushed toward marriage to secure his position and ensure his lineage. Meeting Gabriella Vitale will only throw his plans into disarray.
