Beyond love
About the book
Tredway Langdon, a well-known businessman, lived with his son Ian, who spent his days going to school and back. That routine was shattered one day; someone tried to kill his son. Diandra, a passionate teacher, couldn’t bear to leave him alone, and against all odds, she slipped into his life and agreed to look after him in the countryside as long as the danger persisted. The burden fell on Ian’s shoulders. His father didn’t call him, didn’t ask to see him, never contacted him. The closest he had were the interviews in which his father appeared. He felt his father had forgotten him. One night, frustrated, he decided to run away to the city, and Diandra promised never to leave him. His son’s impulses would lead her down a path that would go beyond love.

teteychiny24.09.2024, 00:37It's confusing, cruel, too much mystery, and text that's hard to understand, but well, I can't say the plot is bad. At least I was on the edge of an adrenaline overdose. Tremendous but complicated.
