Racing is also not bad, but only professional racing on a proper track. Driving regular cars outside the city is completely dangerous! And finally, Eastern dances. It's very sexy. In the movements, you feel like a goddess. Light and effortless. All the muscles of the body are engaged—neck, arms, legs, stomach, back. If you do the movements correctly, the body becomes beautiful. Even a not-so-pretty stomach tightens and rounds out nicely. I know for sure because I used to attend such classes and saw this beauty and flexibility.
