igor-kramar11.11.2025, 21:42My greetings! Today, I came across your book for the first time in the popular section, where it was displayed. However, while reading the introduction, I noticed a language error (a Russianism), which I consider unacceptable!

the-goddess-aphrodite27.10.2025, 15:25I especially liked that this book is not just theory, but also offers a lot of practical advice and examples that can be applied right away. Some chapters made me look at my reactions, emotions, and even relationships with loved ones in a new way. After reading, I catch myself thinking that I’ve started to understand people and myself better. This is exactly the kind of book you want to reread—sincere, meaningful, and truly relatable.

bogdan-babcanik25.10.2025, 23:10Honestly, it seems like the author just took a lot of information, combined it, and retold it. There's no other reason why he suggests "writing down three actions you're grateful for" with the hope that it will solve all problems... In some cases, this can, on the contrary, drive a person into an even deeper hole. The so-called success diary often does more harm than good, especially if the person is an empath.
anastella-kalliadi27.10.2025, 13:23Bohdan Babchanik, thank you for sharing your opinion ❤️ I also had doubts at first, until I tried it. But when you write down even the small things you're grateful for every day, over time, your perception of life changes. It's like a small step that opens up a big "thank you" inside.

moon-grey31.05.2025, 13:50"Regularly imagine complex situations you might encounter and train yourself to respond to them calmly and with prudence." As an "anxious person," I can say from my own experience—this really does "increase psychological readiness." And, surprisingly, it relieves the stress of uncertainty for the "Child" period (which we all are, no matter how you look at it). Situations repeat, of course, not in their exact form. And that’s the "trick" of an anxious person, their strength. For example: with this state of "instant action activation," I can learn something interesting overnight, build a plan in my head in just a few minutes (regarding something interesting and "mine"), I’m a leader, I manage to negotiate with people who can execute and implement what I’m not capable of, I handle monetary exchanges if I lack the resource they need. Everything by agreement. And I learn from those same people at my own pace. Thank you for your work. It’s like a "life map" of emotions :) , clear, with recommendations.

oleksa-tixii06.04.2025, 22:47A lot of useful advice is compactly gathered in one book. It would have been very helpful to me in my teenage years. Although many relevant things are still useful for me now. Wishing the author strength and inspiration for future works)
