She was born in a ruined chapel of another world, she was saved from winged guards by a werewolf and transported to our world. He is her partner in life and death. She created a prophecy, and now she must fulfill it where she was born. She needs to find a sword and a prince that no one alive remembers. She has time - from one full moon to the next. If she doesn't have time - she will disappear in both worlds. With her is a wolf and a dragon. One is a pacifist in his own way, he is a thief by profession. The other is a completely inept warrior, but he is afraid only of harems. Against them is the Dark Lord, who has ruled for centuries, and his henchmen. Everything is going wrong, and what is funny about it, it would seem?

So much attention, so many details, so many descriptions. But I definitely understood that you need a special mood and mindset for Roman's books. :) And while I'm in the flow, I will keep reading. If there’s no connection, you can always find another book, but if the stars align, the book and the reader find each other. The first books in the series about Ruzhena, her Wolf, and the Serpent describe the world in more detail, so it’s clear why one can get from here to our Kyiv or come here from some other world through the path between worlds. Later, this is mentioned occasionally, as something taken for granted. And more space is given to the relationships between the characters. )

I'm rereading it now to lift my spirits. Looking forward to the continuation of this academy story. Will there be one?
