About the book

For almost fifteen years, I thought I hated her. But the truth was… I just didn’t want to share her with anyone. I won her. Made her mine. And then I let her go — forcing her to hate me. Now, nine years later, she’s back. And she’s the one saving my life. This time, I’ll do whatever it takes to make her see — she didn’t save me for the world. She saved me… for herself. Even if she didn’t come back alone.

And why did Artem start reading about that car crash? Didn't he believe it? Or is he also an emotional maniac who keeps picking at his wound?

White Titmouse, This is not a disease, but a psychopathological condition. Sometimes emotional traumas are heavier than physical ones and cause much more harm... Unfortunately, more than one person now has a similar "toy" and doesn't even suspect that they should seek help. Unfortunately, society puts people in boxes where it's easier to suppress something within themselves due to shame, fear of being called "crazy"... This is very sad.

Oh, I finished reading. And I shed a tear. A sad ending, I knew the wolf wouldn't make it out ever since Nadya saw Platon's look at Olya :-( I'm not satisfied with the main character. Nadya is great, she carried everything on her shoulders. Thank you for the humor, the steamy scenes, and such detailed descriptions of professions! It felt like I went to the movies... you're so responsible! I really, really love the title of the book!!!

Natalia OlshevskaI will definitely read it. Because Platon is sexy, and also smart, insightful, observant, with a sense of humor, and with immense patience! I want to find out what made him let Olya go. Could it really be another "I respect your choice, letting you go means I love you"... but I wish he would slam his fist on the table and say, "Mine and that's it!" I would be impressed :-) Just kidding, but I’m all for holding on tightly to what’s yours.

The ending of the book is so sweet and romantic... but I kept waiting for something to happen to Vova... and of course, I guessed long ago that Nadya is pregnant :-) but not before Platon :-)

I read how Nadya cleans Artem's apartment... at first, I rolled my eyes, Mother Teresa, but then she did so much... I wish I had a Nadya like that at home :-)

He caused her pain and took comfort in the fact that her dream came true?! After all, he is insecure. And I think it's a psychological childhood trauma that he is adopted and everything he has, he didn't deserve and put in little effort. And he's also spineless. Because he stepped back instead of standing his ground, saying, I will make you happy because you are mine! I won't give you up to anyone and I won't hurt you!

White TitmouseFor a young guy who went to study to be closer to his girlfriend, and when he first thought about himself and her, he made a mistake, which was even supported by an adult man. So for me, he is immature.

Ugh... a jerk is a jerk. Such a mature act... How could someone ruin everything like that? So much effort, the first kiss, the first time, six years of life together, and to hurt a girl who loves you so much! To unilaterally make a "brilliant" decision and expect her to study in Germany with a broken heart, come back home, and calmly listen to him! And she didn’t come back. And what did he do? A shrine of memories! Spineless idiot! It’s great that Nadiya grew up, realized what she really wants, and let go of the dead weight. She’s starting with a clean slate, confident, without illusions! I like this Nadiya. I’ll enjoy reading about the torments of Artem the crawler!

God, and even the father supported this madness :-( Completely on Nadia's side. But he’s not lacking in wit :-) I’m talking about the frames. Fingers crossed that Artem is the owner!!

Okay, somehow Nadya has matured selectively... she doesn't want dates or courtship, no romance. But she wants sex, kisses, shared breakfasts... it's hard to imagine for now. So, has Nadya always made decisions in relationships? Artem, once again, didn't have to do anything. He just sat in the apartment suffering, and here comes Nadya with a proposal, and Platon with a strategy... somehow not very manly. The only thing he came up with was donation. My brain is boiling because of him. This is not some sweet little story!!!

White TitmouseSometimes a man needs to give a woman a chance to open up to herself first, a chance to let her use him. Artem did the right thing by not pushing her and giving her the chance to decide for herself.

Natalia Olshevskawell, isn't he a jerk? It's so good that she didn't go back to him! He's sitting in his apartment waiting for Nadiya, and Nadiya, go ahead, sort out all your stuff and still listen to him talk about how nobly he acted! May he rot!
