Abstract of the book "Awakening"
Life broke her before she ever had the chance to discover who she was. Despair. Pain. Silence before the final step. But instead of an end — he appeared. Mysterious. Dangerous. Unexplainably powerful. He offered no rescue. Only the truth… and a war that had already begun. In the darkness, a power awakens. And her choice will change everything.

jeva-lukianova24.04.2024, 14:14And here’s the explanation of what happened to Maksym. Of course, I had a suspicion, but I rather thought he was gone for good. Such an unexpected twist... I wonder how his mother would react if she found out how Niya met him? Maybe it would be some kind of comfort for her... though I’m not sure, perhaps the family shouldn’t know this truth. I’m curious if they’ll be able to save him, or if Maksym will have to get out of this on his own? I have no idea how they could manage it. By the way, Yevhen is a good guy and a friend. It’s a pity, of course, that in such a triangle someone will still end up hurt...
anastasiia-dniprovska01.05.2024, 09:46Eva Lukyanova, Hello, I haven’t been on Booknet for a while because I had surgery in the hospital. So, I’m replying late))) The topic with Maksym’s mom will be revealed a bit more later.
jeva-lukianova19.04.2024, 23:51I was right from the start when I thought that Nia's father isn't so bad after all. On the contrary, from the very beginning, I actually believed that her mother was to blame for everything, even though I had no basis for thinking that, and I still don't. But such thoughts do cross my mind sometimes. As for Maksym, I was hoping for at least a bit of explanation about everything, and he finally gave it to her, although I still have a lot of questions that I think will be answered later. But if I were in Nia's place, I would have shaken all the information out of him from the very start—about himself and how he even became this warrior... I'm even surprised by her patience... And that kiss was unexpected and very warm, and I'm glad she reciprocated his feelings.))
anastasiia-dniprovska20.04.2024, 18:34Eva Lukyanova, Niya is a deeply traumatized girl. It’s hard for her to build relationships. She is so starved for love that she’s ready to accept it with all its secrets and unspoken things.
jeva-lukianova11.04.2024, 12:26Irbis and Kil are very interesting characters, so different...) and the meeting with the father turned out to be not very warm, although perhaps, when he comes to his senses, something will become clearer... Well, and of course, I'm curious to learn more about Maksym's world, how he became who he is now...
anastasiia-dniprovska11.04.2024, 13:27Eva Lukyanova, Thank you, sometimes I like Kil and Irbis more than Niya and Maksym)))
jeva-lukianova06.04.2024, 15:44Well, the further it goes, the more interesting it gets...) The chapters from Maksym revealed even more about his personality, past, and feelings for Niya... I haven’t gotten all the explanations yet, but I think more will be revealed later about what happened to him and the path he’s on now. However, it seems he wasn’t such a good boy in the past) It looks like Yevhen likes Niya) It was interesting to watch those sparks of jealousy...)
anastasiia-dniprovska08.04.2024, 09:20Eva Lukyanova, The mistakes of Maxim's past life have a significant impact on his desire to do everything right this time. He is trying very hard, but mistakes are inevitable)
jeva-lukianova04.04.2024, 22:32Very captivating! Maksym is a very interesting character, so calm, cold, but quite caring. I feel sorry for Niya... I want to find out who brought this trouble upon her. And the information about the intruder completely shocked me... I've definitely never read about something like this before... I'm curious about what the meeting with her father will bring, since his letter was warm, I want to believe that he is a good person... There are so many mysteries I’m eager to solve... I'm very intrigued)
anastasiia-dniprovska05.04.2024, 10:48Eva Lukyanova, Niya has suffered a lot in life. And this is not the end of her torments) And I'm glad you liked Maksym)
jeva-lukianova02.04.2024, 12:05Well, I finally got to this book... unfortunately, lack of time doesn't allow me to dive into reading right away. But I want to note that I was hooked from the very first pages... there's enough dynamics, the descriptions are wonderful, and the characters are interesting, I want to follow them. :) I'll keep reading, as I like the story so far! And it's written beautifully— that’s very important to me!
anastasiia-dniprovska03.04.2024, 09:01Eva Lukyanova, Thank you, it's very nice to hear that you like it. I myself also lack a few more hours in a day to reread all the interesting books)))
kaleriia-buko26.01.2024, 12:21What an engaging annotation you have, it really calls to find out what the characters will go through))

nataliia-kosenko04.09.2022, 19:42Greetings from the marathon :) First, a remark. The paragraphs are indeed quite large. They could be split into smaller ones, and it would be easier to read the text. "This path." These are words from the first chapter. It should be "this way." You have a good text, so these words really stood out to me because they disrupt the rhythm. And "path" is actually a Russian word. Also, Yevhen was typing on the keyboard extremely quickly while opening a document with a list of items. If there wasn’t such emphasis on this, I wouldn’t have noticed, but why even click on the keyboard if documents are opened with a mouse, and that’s just a double-click? Maybe you need to find it in a folder. But what does the keyboard have to do with it? Perhaps just remove the part about him doing something extremely skillfully with the keyboard? The text intrigued me. I liked the beginning of the plot. There’s an immediate hint of something mystical. I’m curious to read further about what will happen to Nia and what role Max will play in her life. It’s a bit unusual that she only has a month left to live, yet she’s taking exams. Who even strives to get a diploma when life is counted in days? That’s the only thing I really don’t understand. I’d be grateful if you could explain it in the comments :) Overall, I’ll keep reading. I sincerely wish you success with your first book here and look forward to the next ones :)
anastasiia-dniprovska06.09.2022, 19:20Natalia Kosenko, When I get to editing the book, I will add clarity regarding the heroine's health condition. There is some misunderstanding. Nia is seriously ill, but seriously does not yet mean fatally. All thoughts about running out of time in the heroine are caused by her decisions to end her life. According to her mother, Nia could live for several more decades with proper care and medical support. That’s why she encourages Nia to keep learning, as she hopes for the best. And the mother still has her own secrets, which will be revealed as the plot develops)))
