Abstract of the book "Arabella and "The Angel's House""

An interesting story. And the aftertaste is thought-provoking.)) Not all that glitters is gold.. I feel sorry for that poor girl who has suffered so much in life and will continue to suffer.. The real culprit is the exemplary Pierce, who in reality is a libertine and a traitor—he allows the destruction of not only the poor girl's life but also Arabella's. Who knows, maybe the stepmother's little viper is his daughter—because money is scattered everywhere, even the jewelry that belonged to Arabella after her mother's death was given to them, and he bought a hotel for the stepson. ..And knowing all this, he condoned the stepmother's abuse and the destruction of Arabella's reputation and life.. And the positive Arabella still keeps saying—"the rain is falling"..

And it’s not about greed, because all financial matters are handled with the father’s consent. Even after recognizing the thief as his beloved (or more likely her child), he covered for her, deliberately and calculatedly setting up Arabella. For appearances’ sake, he hired a doctor for her to prove her insanity (incapacity) and buy her freedom from prison. And this isn’t out of love for Arabella—taking in the legitimate heiress of his legitimate wife from the road, only to benefit others. But still, I think Arabella didn’t accept the doctor’s attention for nothing, and she plans to stay at home, not to leave.))) Now SHE will control the events, the inheritance, and the stepmother with her children, gently holding onto daddy. Maybe even by his throat.)))
