He left me no choice! He played me like a child! I hate him and his magic! The world has never seen such an arrogant fool as Arthur Corwin! But in spite of everything, I am determined to reach out to my enemy, to trust him and accept his help. I'm so confused about myself, and it seems that he is the only one who knows the real me. I don't want this monster to look at me with such warmth, I don't want... my heart to respond to him. How did it happen that we can't live without each other anymore? We should have waited three hundred years for such love. He chose this fate himself, although he could have easily changed it, overcame all the trials for her sake, because he knew who she would become for him.
