Abstract of the book "A Human for the Vampire King"
Thousands of years ago, God created the Moon Goddess — His daughter — and granted her the power to give life to new species. She soon exercised her gift: she created beings superior to humans, creatures that would dwell in the shadows, hidden from ordinary sight. That is why, for vampires, werewolves, and witches, the Moon Goddess is much more than a deity — she is their mother. Helena Smith is one of many humans completely unaware of the existence of these supernatural beings. Orphaned and newly come of age at eighteen, she feels her life slipping away in monotony. She longs, with an almost painful intensity, for something extraordinary to happen — something that will pull her out of the gray routine that consumes her. What she never imagined was that her wish was about to come true.

As conscious humans, we know how to suppress, at least on the surface, sexual desires. I don't understand this insane obsession with being a fan of Stockholm syndrome. With that submissive and overly sexual attitude, she will never manage to escape.
