The story is worth attention, I would call it a meeting of black and white. Love always wins.

Thank you to the author for the work! But unfortunately, the book turned out to be a banal women's romance with a weak plot and style. Instead of lyricism, there is a lot of "filler" and a predictable storyline. It wasn't very interesting to read.

What do we have here? A classic setup for those who consider "50 Shades of Grey" the pinnacle of literary thought. She is a Doctor. A holy woman who saves lives, a walking symbol of humanism with a stethoscope. He is Maxim Gromov. Sounds like a pseudonym for a 90s porn actor who "takes lives." What a deep, never-before-seen metaphor! The opposition of life and death, good and evil. It's as subtle as hitting piano keys with a sledgehammer. And, of course, the main intrigue: "She hates him, but her hands remember the touch of his skin." This isn't even Stockholm syndrome; it's some kind of accelerated program of emotional self-destruction. From hatred to love in 13 nights? I predict the ending: her boundless love will "save" him, and his brutal passion will "open her up." Banality elevated to the absolute.

Khrystyna KholodThank you for your comment. I always respect criticism, especially when it is well-founded and pertains to the content. In this case, it seems that the evaluation is based solely on the synopsis, rather than on reading the text itself. Regarding the mention of "50 Shades of Grey," this genre and style are not present in my text at all. Neither in tone, nor in content, nor in the approach to the theme. If it seemed that way to you, I’m sorry that the synopsis caused misleading associations. As for the hero’s name, it’s not entirely clear why an ordinary name evoked such specific parallels. This is more a matter of your perception rather than the author’s intent. The metaphor "a sledgehammer on piano keys" is striking, though it seems to fit the tone of your comment more than the style of the book. Yes, the plot idea of the contrast "she saves lives, he takes them" is not new. But that’s not a flaw. Simple conflicts often work better than excessive inventiveness. If you see banality in the description, that’s your right. However, it would be fairer to draw conclusions after reading, rather than before. In any case, I thank you for paying attention and writing. So, something in this story has already worked.

Well... The book is really worth attention! The story of the two main characters captured my heart from the first pages. The story is captivating, and I just wanted to keep reading and reading. Until the very end, I kept wondering how their story could end... Different options came to mind, but you exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the ending of the story!!!! I give it a 10 out of 10.

The book is great, it really got on my nerves, and the ending is unexpected. Living the way they decided is dangerous, but that's how it is, he won't be any different, it's his life. She accepted it because she loves him, but what will happen to them next, when the kids leave, maybe then something will change for the better.

Natali NataliYes, the ending of this story would not be right if it were butterflies, doves, a wedding, children, a Labrador, and a white picket fence by the house. That wouldn’t be their story. And what happens next, well, it’s up to fate. Sincerely thank you for living through this story with me!

Everything is on edge, but why didn’t he figure out that they would grab her? It’s obvious, that’s their style—grabbing the innocent, manipulation. Doesn’t he know that he might not even know who ordered it? If it’s not Gromova, it’ll be someone else. They’re just the executors, and the one who ordered it stays in the shadows.

I started reading, it really captivated me, you just live with the characters, and not everything is simple in life. Why do people become like this? His soul is so broken, how can it be healed, and is it even possible?
